How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe attendant was very helpful and patient
Samila MThere is no advanced communication that notifies customers that the location is only open until 7 p.m. and that after-hours return is not allowed. When I selected a booking time, the system let me choose after-hours return, but I was informed this location does not provide it. It was a most upsetting and disappointing experience with U-Haul.
