For after hours drop off, I had to untie a double swinging gate and open both sides and drive onto the property. I felt like I was trespassing and there was no sign or clear instructions that it was ok to do so. However, I noticed a key drop box and a few trucks that were not neatly backed into the row of other trucks. I assumed these were also after hours customer drop offs and then assumed it was ok for me to open the gate and enter the property to drop my trailer. Rick's is dicey in this regard. Either add clear instructions to the rental agreement or put up signs at the property instructing people what to do.

Reservation was for wrong day and wrong time. Rate was not a correct rate quote as it was not offered. Charged the wrong amount which ultimately took several hours and two different charges to my credit card to correct. No one during business hours at location upon my return of unit. WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Uhaul however, in general, offers a good product. Good Luck..........
