syita bTerrible experience at this U‑Haul. The woman working there was miserable, rude, and acted in a racist manner toward me for absolutely no reason. I came in to rent equipment, not to be talked down to or treated differently because of who I am.U‑Haul should not tolerate employees who behave like this. I won’t be returning to this location until they fix the problem.
