The people were great and so helpful. The truck was excellent and ran well. Six of the pads were clean and in plastic. Six of the pads were just thrown in the truck and were wet. There was a dolly in the truck which I neither ordered or used it was simply in the way. It was a trouble free move. I would rent there again. Thanks.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI reserved a 20-ft U-Haul truck, but when I arrived, it was not available. U-Haul upgraded me to a 26-ft truck without checking with me first. Unfortunately, the 26-ft truck was too large for where we were going, so I had to call and work with them to find another option. I was eventually able to get a 15-ft truck. I was told I would be reimbursed $30 for the reservation issues, but when I received my receipt, the reimbursement was not included. I called customer service, and the agent was extremely rude and condescending and tried to go back on the $30 reimbursement. What is especially frustrating is that U-Haul’s website specifically states that they will refund $50 if a reserved truck is not available. If that is the policy, it should be honored. More importantly, the customer service interaction was completely unacceptable. The agent’s rude and disrespectful tone made an already frustrating situation even worse. U-Haul needs to do a better job honoring its commitments and training its representatives in basic customer service

BRADY HIt's a gas station c-store. On one hand, the truck can be fueled - which is good. On the other hand, the clerk takes the key. That's it. No receipt or anything. I like it because it is super-convenient for me.
