Very disappointed with Joyce I believe her name is. First of all there is an issue with the paperwork, I spock to 5 ppl to try and rectify this. I had the decency to let her know that my bank blocked uhaul until this is resolved. They want to charge me miles for miles I already paid for. Then she said there is 3/4 tank of gas and supposed to be 7/8. I was empty and put 47 gallons in. The paper recommends 43 at empty to bring it to 7/8. Also the first thing i did in the morning was sweep it out. The boom i used had a red handle. My buddy literally watched me because I backed the truck to the end of his driveway so I wouldn't sweep the dirt and leaves in his driveway. Because that is the type of person I am. Joyce says I didn't sweep the truck. That is wrong i did. I did not blow or wash it out. I f knew it had to be that clean I would have. Joyce charged me 25 for gas and a cleaning fee. And for 300 miles when I paid for 330. She seems nice but is a snake. I will never do business or recommend her. We live in a world where she will piss off the wrong person some day.

online check in did not work as it was supposed to. I got a call from Uhaul during the day asking when I planned to return the trailer and it had been returned overnight and checked in online.
