The associates tried but the handle to the window was broken off but was laying there so I had to put it back on I also ordered an appliance cart but they didn’t have one. She called around and said there were none available. I took the utility cart knowing it wouldn’t be helpful which we didn’t use because it wasn’t helpful. I had to scramble to find more hands and had to pay an additional 150 for someone to help move our large items.

I strongly believe that these moving trucks with a very high lift to the trucks flat bed should have ramps to use dollies to bring heavy objects into truck.
