The most frustrating component is not getting the right components on receiving the key to the vehicle. Mainly the lock box.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe associates tried but the handle to the window was broken off but was laying there so I had to put it back on I also ordered an appliance cart but they didn’t have one. She called around and said there were none available. I took the utility cart knowing it wouldn’t be helpful which we didn’t use because it wasn’t helpful. I had to scramble to find more hands and had to pay an additional 150 for someone to help move our large items.
Leslie RI strongly believe that these moving trucks with a very high lift to the trucks flat bed should have ramps to use dollies to bring heavy objects into truck.
Mark CNeed to have a 2 wheeler! And maybe a broom to clean up the truck after using it!
