Erin WTrailer was not available at the location I would have preferred but it was at alternate place and all was good Equipment was in good shape and did the required job.

william HI do not recommend UHaul. I reserved more than a month in advance and my reservation was changed from Nepean to Kanata location just days before. When I called to discuss it. I was told there was nothing that could be done and to leave my comments in a review. I asked for a phone call back from the district manager and it never came! I had reserved a dolly, but there wasn't one available. Luckily, one turned up by chance. I tried to check-in online several times and it didn't work.I do not recommend UHaul!
