Self service only, just a shed and field to pick up or drop off. Convenient, but nothing special.
JoAnn HThe person who called from Fargo, mislead me. Said there wasn’t a trailer available to me and they would call me back the night before my supposed rental with an up date. They never called so I thought I would not get a trailer but Haley called next morning & told me there were 2 trailers. Fargo staff should have stayed out of it. Hayley was great!
Sally HWe had a really bad first impression of UHaul- our reservation was changed five times, and none of the locations worked for us to pick it up from. You should really have a warning at checkout that the pick-up location could change! We even called the location in our town and were told they had the trailer we wanted and then it was still changed to a pickup location almost an hour from us.
