Bizarre customer service. Very strange interaction, did not seem like my presence was appreciated. Did not like that the clerk added the SafeMove coverage without asking/selling me on it. On the webpage, it is presented as an option — if I had not asked to see the invoice, I would’ve paid for it. Van was great, spotless.
