I reserved a 5x8' trailer one month from the date I needed and then found out a day before I needed it, that they didn't have any 5x8' trailers and I was going to have to use a 6x12' trailer instead. Luckily, my truck could handle it; but I would've been screwed if my truck was smaller. U-Haul needs to focus on making sure reservations are actually reserved - find a way to ensure the right trailers are in the right location. Otherwise, what's the point of having a reservation?
