I returned my truck same day. I was charged for two extra days plus insurance. I tried to call and never got a live person. Very frustrating. Now I have to wait for a refund review.

The business was closed and I wasn't sure where to park the vehicle. Very small lot
Craig WTruck wasn't clean upon receiving. Since I checked the truck out on my own through the app, the instructions weren't clear. Video show a key box to open with a code but in reality, it was a padlock on the truck with the key in the cargo box. Then returning instructions weren't clear if I should reattach the padlock before leaving. I usually prefer in person CS but on this date in this location, it was self serve so I had to make do. Maybe now that I've done it this way, I'll be better prepared for a future rental if necessary
Vincent KThe mobile pickup was very complicated since the app wasn't working properly. However the customer service representative that I worked with was very helpful and patient. It took over an hour to get the code to pick up the keys. I think if there weren't any bugs with the app, I would be very satisfied. The only issue with the truck was that the seat was unable to move forward. I am only 5'2 so it was uncomfortable to lean forward during the drive.
Andrea NMy only issue was during the after hours pick up, I had trouble finding the key. I had to call U-Haul for help. It was inside the cargo area locked with a padlock. Totally fine but usually there’s a key box on the building. Just a heads up of where to find the key would’ve been helpful.
