I reserved the 20 ft truck from Johns. On day of pickup, I was informed me and my chauffer would have to drive 5 extra miles to p/u a 20ft truck. Why should we have to expense our time and fuel because U-Haul wouldn't have a 20 ft truck ready for us to p/u at Johns? Johns had a 26 ft truck on site-I rented it-had to pay more$. U-HAUL HAS NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! I've warned my friends, beware, this could happen to them. Customer service man at Johns was OK. U-HAUL - provide rentals where reservation made instead of forcing customer additional travel time and fuel expemse because U-HAUL won't!
