My son and I went to this location to get a truck and it was very unprofessional. The cashier in front barely spoke English she called her son on the phone to do the confirmation. And they were not friendly. My son bought the truck back the same night after a really bad storm he cleaned out the van. I was charged an extra cleaning fee which ended up being an extra 75.00 !!!! I asked to look at the pictures because I didnt see what it looked like when he sent it back, he said your not getting any money back! Excuse me sir ...thats not what I asked, after going back and forth he showed me the pictures and there was sand on the driver's side. It wasnt 75. 00 worth of cleaning. I was way too tired to argue he was very rude. I feel like I was taken advantage of being I waa a woman and my son was young. A reservation that started off as only 65.00 I ended up having to pay 144.00 money I didnt have ...i still do not understand why it was that much when I went less than a 5 miles .

Timothy NUhual requires a secondary contact per this location and would not release the trailer until I provided one. I will not be renting from this location again.
