Asked support where to pay the fuel cost and I haven’t received a answer in over a hour
dylan oIt is supposed to be manned but nobody is ever there, communication is vm and em, so very confusing process. I always have to call uhaul. We live in a retirement type community and older people cannot do this. An offer man was there when we picked up trailer and he was struggling. Good equipment and location, terrible management and service.
