We needed a truck at the last minute, and we could not be happier with the service here! Thank you so much!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe picked up the U-Haul truck on time and everything was maintained in the truck. The team member John, was super helpful and explained everything to us thoroughly. Upon returning the truck, it was also easy and John emailed us the receipt. No surprises, yeh! Overall, a great experience and will certainly recommend to family and friends for their future moves.
Cheryl CThe staff were extremely helpful and nice. 😀
Jennifer NOverall, experience was poor. Day before scheduled pickup, location was changed to a location that would have added over an hour drive time to another city. Called Uhaul and rep was a brat and lacked customer service. Called a 2nd rep and he placed me in a larger truck in my city. Rep stated total would be $230 (larger truck was $40 more). When I went to pickup, cost was $130 more. Don't appreciate the false advertising, the inability to honor location, or truck size. Movers said we only needed a 15' truck and 26' was only half full. Will never use Uhaul again and will inform friend group of experience so they can avoid the headache and unprofessionalism.
