U-Haul always finds a way to add charges when you return. I put in extra gas, left it clean. Because I went beyond the time I thought I’d need it, I got double charged the daily rate. And they added the insurance that I initially declined. Loved the truck. The move just took longer than anticipated because of an injury and a couch that didn’t fit. Frustrating that I was charged extra.

I has such a hard time with the app self shell in and check out because of the poor cell service. WiFi could have solved it or allow a free return without self check in.
