The pick up location was not where the truck was located. Had to drive to the Panera bread parking lot then pick up the truck at the gas station. The attendant was rude and unhelpful. Would consider removing this as a U-Haul location as previous reviews are the same.

No signage - wasn't sure I was at the right location - had to call. The clerk inside the food mart had no idea what I was asking.

ABDUBILOL NThe location was very helpful with the process. On the uhaul end, that was a disaster. The website said the vehicle was not ready even though 2 were sitting in the lot. I had to go inside and talk to someone over facetime for 20 minutes to figure it out because the customer service number didn't pick up. the website said I would be able to do it all myself, but that was not even close to true
