Place was in a rough part of town, no clear directions where to park, gate was open but very limited space for parking, location address is on the same street but away from physical location. Definitely a negative experience overall.

Maybe a little bit of mechanical issues there was some alignment issues truck kind of drifted a little bit on the turn other than that it picks up real well and it was clean the crew and the manager over there were very professional and just you know wonderful to work with I even bought them lunch cuz I was so happy with the experience I couldn't have done it without them And I appreciate the guys that are over there thank you
Jenghiz SThe locations in and around Phoenix were unclean and in unsafe areas. Had it just been me, it might have been fine. However, my wife had to follow me. U-Haul needs to provide it's customers with greater details on location drop-off, especially for families. It wasn't as big of a deal for us, since we do not have small children, but it would be a major issue if we had babies in the car.
Denny BOwner was a good person, helped me save a bit of money. Truck worked fine and pickup/drop off service was a breeze.
