I wouldn't recommend this pick up location (Shed Gal at 2221 N 99th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85037) because they are not trained enough to handle U-Haul reservations. The reservation was in my name, however they didn't accept my non US-driver license even though I had all the original and physical documents alongside: International driver license and Passport. Plus, me and my wife we had a employee discount and didn't know how to process the discount So we lost the discount and me as a driver for lack of training. Bad experience.
