Drop off was after hours. There was no contact with personnel so the answer is not applicable.
Connor RI want to be clear about the clean and well maintained question. The truck was clean. But the truck is very old. My move was a short one, and it turned out to not be an issue, but I wouldn't trip it further than across town. I heard transmission grinding at certain speeds, and engine load. This is no reflection on Pinnacle Storage, but U-Haul should consider retiring this truck.
David LWe had an enclosed trailer reserved u haul didn't let me know this location didn't have one available and moved my reservation to a location an hour and a half out of our way. I talked with the ladies at Pinnacle and they went above and beyond to get us a trailer in time. A BIG thank you!
Brad cTook forever to check in, the “mattress bags” that pinnacle sold me (3) cost 39.00 and all 3 ripped thinnest plastic ever completely useless.
