No cell internet so return was difficult being on phone with uhaul customer service, nobody was there and couldn't get ahold of anyone very easy

I was sent to several different places to obtain travel although your company sent me email with addresses of area without. This is terrible customer service and has nothing to do with the stores themselves. Also never received phone call per your email.
Tony HWent above a beyond when haul reservation at Hines Self Storage went BELLY UP. Hines wasn't open...lots of Trucks there but no access.On the day of pickup On the go Movers were hired. But the reservation system couldn't move fast enough to transfer cornet to different truck, location within 10 miles. The persons at the counter at pick up location were helpful in connecting Moving labor contract to their available truck.
