My most recent experience was terrible. They were not there when i returned the truck. We arrived at 3:55 and the door was locked with no one around. Hours are listed as 9-5. It was also pouring rain at this time. We left the keys in the drop box. I late got an excessive bill where they added charges for cleaning and fuel. I rent from uhaul all the time for business purposes, though usually not this location. I know exactly how much fuel to put in and i did so correctly this time also. I put in 14.1 gallons for the 140 miles we drove. Adding 3 gallons for fuel to my bill is fraud. We also cleaned out the vehicle as we also do. Sweeping it out is the last thing we do before we go get fuel. There was a key in the cupholders when we got the truck (same as the week prior). that was the only thing in the truck. Not sure if that required the extra cleaning but we were charged 25 dollars for a truck we already cleaned. Very frustrated with this experience and feel I should be refunded or credited for these bogus charges.
