I placed a reservation for a 4 x 6 trailer one month prior to my reservation date. I received an update a couple days before my reservation that they were unable to provide the trailer I had reserved. They offered me a free upgrade to a 5 x 8 trailer, but that is not an upgrade. It’s an extra burden to pull that extra weight and exercise behind my vehicle. It’s also way larger than I need for the cargo. I was hauling and very difficult for me to maneuver in the small spaces, I was headed. I am very displeased that a reservation for a particular product. Doesn’t really mean that you have anything reserved. This is not the first time U-Haul has told me they can’t provide the product that I reserved well ahead of time. This change was very inconvenient and more costly for me and was a very poor experience.

michelle lTurn in was directed onto a grass/dirt field. Under heavy rain or repeatedly wet conditions this could make turn-in incredibly messy.
