Marshall TThey charged me for using 47 miles when I only used 15. They were supposed to refund me but they charged me an additional $20…overall horrible experience
Donsietta JThe office was closed when I returned the truck.
Mauletha RThey took over a week to close out my drop off and then they charged me for fuel without evidence that my vehicle was not returned at the same fuel level.
