The self checkout is terrible. As a client, I was not expecting to have to hop through 100 hoops to get the equipment. It would be nice to know that you have to have a back up person to contact!! Why! I’m literally standing in a parking lot and trying to figure out who can prove my identity. Also, the internet connection is not strong so loading all of the pictures was a nightmare. The location was great but the mobile check in is terrible.

Gregory SWe did not interact with personnel. We used mobile drop off, took photos and documented details - then dropped the keys in the Box. We did call U-Haul's cust svc number to make sure that everything was okay before we left and the agent was very helpful.

Steven RI needed a trailer last minute to pick up some furniture and the reservation was quick, efficient, and hassle free. Two of the mechanics hooked up the trailer while I was taking care of the paperwork. Return was just as simple. In spite of being a busy service station, they got me in and out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend Gellar's for your truck and trailer rental needs.
