Store was a Third party location. The lady at the front desk did not have the incorrect resources tio assist me. She had to call she supervisor for all questions.

She didn’t notify my that on top of the 399 I paid up front , I would be charged another 115 dollars for having it from Wednesday to Saturday. Why didn’t she tell me that up front? Why didn’t I get charge it up front along with the 399. If someone could reach out to me it would be greatly appreciated.
