Your App is a PITA. I was to pick up before the location opened and because the app locked up I had to wait on someone to get there- Luckily they came in early. (And was very helpful and kind)

JOSEPH BWas charged for fuel cause the fuel that was on the paper was wrong so got scammed on that, the check engine lightbwasbon and the headlights were very poor, had to drive with brights on the whole way home. Other than that not bad. Just HATE the false charges to make a little more money. Funny enough was told that by a friend the day we returned the truck. Will rent again just with the knowledge we will get charged for something extra.
