Daniel JHard to find drop off. Really no one there. Phone everything in. My wife called first and the Rep was rude and snappy. When I called she was quick to tell me what to do. I had to figure out where to park the trailer. Thank you was never heard. It looks like I also had an extra charge on my card from them. Still working on that.
John WNice people, a little odd since it was just a drop off space (no live people, all contact via the phone) which I didn’t know initially. Now I know and Beth and Mike were very helpful through the process.
jeff bBehind a small strip mall, in an isolated area. The trailer was in poor condition, but I was time constrained and had little choice but to accept it. The trailer vibrated badly at highway speed, shaking my tow vehicle. Upon turning it in to the U-Haul dealer in Green Bay, the technician told me that the wheel bearings were severely worn and the source of the vibration.
