This was the worst experience ever! It was like a 3rd world country!!! There was no room to even pull into the “car lot” off a very busy highway. The staff were literally clueless. And they lied about my return date—even though the date they put was within the proper timeframe. BUT charged me for an extra day!!! Then charged me for gas when I returned it with the proper amount of gas!!! This is like a 3rd world operation trying to steal from people!!! Horrible. Should be illegal. U-Haul should vet the places that put their logo and operate as their proxy!!
