I have no issues with this location but U-Haul's service is awful. We requested a truck at 7AM in Madison Wisconsin. The night before we were told we would get a truck 45 minutes away from Madison at 7:30 AM. By the time we drove it back we were obviously over an hour behind on an already tight move schedule. When we called to request an alternative, we were told our alternative was to cancel the reservation. This is awful customer service. Why reserve a truck if U-Haul is going to make no effort to actually have the truck in the location. Also, the moving dollies we requested were unavailable. Again, why offer options to rent if you are not going to have them. Absolutely AWFUL.
