J&Rs Ace Hardware truly came through for us! We had reserved a U-Haul at another location, but when we arrived, they weren’t even open. We called J&Rs, and they were so compassionate and reassuring, letting us know they had us covered that same day. When we arrived, we were greeted by the sweetest employees. Their kindness and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you for stepping up when we needed it! A 10/10 experience—we highly recommend J&Rs Ace Hardware!

Jalen DThe staff was extremely helpful!! We were running a bit behind on pickup…they called to confirm we were still coming and offered to update the record to a later pickup time rather than cancelling. Very nice, personable, accommodating under our unexpected circumstances.
Victor CThe engine sounded like lifters tapping very loudly (lol). I was praying I'd make to my destination and back safely, and I did. Their inventory recorded a higher gas level than actually was in the truck, but a snapshot of it before leaving settled the matter with the General Manager, who was very nice and professional.
MISHELLE BGreat service and pro communication have my rental at no time happy customer
