I was dreading this chore after hearing several stories of other folks terrible experiences of truck rentals.... overcharged, poor customer service, rude staff and unavailable or dirty equipment. This place was great! Truck was very clean inside the cab and hauling area. Staff were friendly and helpful with the check in process. Answered my questions and explained the rental agreement and my responsibilities thoroughly. Made the whole ordeal so much easier. Great experience with this location.
