I think the attendant should verify with phone/camera document dents or scratches. I tried to use the link with no avail. really held me up with time.

The trailer was not clean on the outside but was relatively clean on the inside.

Serena SThey charged $170 for an authorized charge. Uhaul said their regional manager would refund it. As of weeks later there is refund and another call to uhaul to fix something they should have already.
