Not all the equipment I had asked for was ready, and since it was after hours I just had to tolerate that. Also, the truck's key was not locked where the instructions claimed it was. I had to call customer service, and this is the one thing you did right, your customer service agent was very helpful. But we had to try 3 trucks before we found one that worked (I'm sure they all turned on fine, I mean found 1 that made it through all the checks on the website, had the license plate that was expected, etc). With the third truck, we finished the form and the submit button was greed out with no indication what else needed to be filled out, and as far as I could tell, I had done everything correctly. Ultimately the customer service agent told me to just forget the form and drive off, which was the right call, and again, he was the only pleasant part of the entire process. I was an hour later than expected. And don't even ask about drop off. That to was a pain, and the customer service agent was again the only bright spot

BRADLEY RThe guy at Ace & Jerry’s was nice but the Uhaul site allowed me to book pick up for a Saturday which apparently does not work because Ace & Jerry’s is closed on Saturdays. So I had phone calls coming in from uhaul and Ace & Jerry’s right before leaving on my trip. Keep in mind I had already booked the trailer weeks prior.
