Not really what looks like a "Uhaul" place, just a couple trailers sitting in a parking lot at a big truck (Semi) repair garage. The guy was pretty nice, no issues.

Me and my family went to Wenatchee on Sunday to buy a motorcycle and my son wasn’t able to write it back so Monday we went into a U-Haul in East Wenatchee by a storage unit and they said they couldn’t rent to us on a Monday. I’d have to go online and figure it all out so we drove to the next town and found this place and the gentleman was awesome. Answered all our questions. Gotta set up with the proper trailer. We were able to continue our trip and get back in time for my daughter-in-law to go to work. Thank you again.
MARCUS HMy rental wasn't checked in for over 48hrs after I dropped it off. I dropped it off an hour and a half before the business closed and was told I would have my receipt within 40min. When you're moving and your money is on hold, it's hard to buy things you need without knowing what your extra charges are going to be.
MEGAN ACarlos (in Quincy) did a great job, as the truck was in great condition and ready to go. However, after I rented 12 blankets/pads and I got to my home, I realized one of the pads was FILTHY, covered in dirt and grease/grime. It was so bad that it was unusable, as it would get my furniture dirty. I tried to call him and even return it for an exchange for another pad, but he was not available by phone (couldn't leave a message) and he wasn't at his office (I went by there before 5:00 on Friday 6/20). Otherwise everything else went great.
