Shawnte TI was informed by call that unused rental days would not be refunded back after prepayment, naturally we kept the truck until the contractual date rather than move completion date. It sat unmoved and unused. Feels like a missed opportunity to get more vehicles in motion satisfying more customers with greater variety vehicles, without the expense of increasing the fleet size. Incomprehensible to me to not offer early exits. Screams tight margins.
