Kathryn TI had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul’s customer service. I raised a legitimate concern about the condition and documentation surrounding my rental and expected the issue to be investigated fairly. Instead, I was told that U-Haul had no pictures or other documentation to provide. Despite that, the company simply relied on what was recorded in its system and dismissed my concerns without providing any evidence to support its position. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability. I had already opened a case to dispute the issue, yet the response felt more like a defense of the company’s records than an actual investigation into what happened. If you rent from U-Haul, I strongly recommend taking detailed pictures and documenting everything yourself before and after the rental. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not rely on U-Haul to have adequate documentation when a dispute arises. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and left me with little confidence in U-Haul’s customer service or dispute-resolution process.
RHONDA HI was charged a fuel charged even thought the truck was returned with the same amount of fuel. I would not recommend returning here.
