I had booked this rental online at a different location that was more convenient for me. Two days prior to the booking I was contacted to change locations. When I went to pick up the vehicle the clerk could not help me and called someone else so the while transaction was done over the phone. Even though I had done everything online I still had to go over everything again. It was 45 minutes before I was finally on the road. When I went to leave I turned on the windshield wipers to clear the morning dew, and the wiper blades were so bad they did not clear the windshield. The fuel level was under 1/4 tank so I had to add fuel prior to travel. This makes it extremely difficult calculating how much fuel to add for the relatively short distance I had to travel and still return it with the same amount of fuel. This experience was the worst I have ever had with uhaul and will make me find other options for my next rental needs.
