I did online booking and removed CDW. When I went to pickup the keys at the desk, CDW was added to my booking, without letting me know. If a new charge is being added to my original booking, at least it should be informed to me. I was not informed for the additional CDW charges. I am a dissatisfied customer. I wasted my time in calling and getting the refund of the same. Not a good experience. Poor customer Service. I asked for the Area Manager for a compensation for the time i wasted and the discomfort. Surprisingly, he said no further compensation can be made.

William PNo tongue jack, nothing else I requested on mt reservation was there. Minimal assistance. I had to call a friend to help me lift the trailer on.
Shelby JEmployee was helpful for what he is provided for equipment. This location did not have a Jack available to unload. This makes things inconvenient as well as unsafe for your customers. I’m on a waiting list for back surgery. Luckily for me my helper was able to unload by himself. If no Jack is part of the equipment than one should be provided for safety reasons or at the very least inform the customer one is not provided so they can arrange other options.
Tina hHe explained the return by yelling me to scan the bar code on the keybox and walked away. Took me 30 min on hold with uhaul to get help. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and it was returned extremely fast no using the app
