The area itself was clean and spacious and the hotel staff was friendly enough, I would just prefer a location where the staff hooks up the trailer themselves, or at least checks my work.

The pick up went smoothly, which is the only reason there were any stars given. Inside the cab was filthy to the point I had to clean it before using. Dash and cup holders were black with spilt drink, dirt and grass. The windshield inside was dirty and had to be cleaned. The seats had to be cleaned with the passenger side full of sand and pet hair. The back had to be swept out. I find it funny that Uhaul threatens to charge a cleaning fee if the truck is left dirty but it is I who had to clean the truck. The A/C did not work. The air was warmer with the A/C on then just the vent. While not entirely in the control of Uhaul, the unit had clearly been smoked in. Cigarette and weed. I've rented a number of Uhauls over the years and this was by far the worst, and yet I still had to pay full price. The location I picked up from did not want to hear about our issues, just claimed "thats Uhauls responsibility, not ours".
Cody TI picked up the equipment from meridian in and the fuel level was way too lower than it was mentioned in the contract. When asked about that from the representative, he told not to worry about it. And even i was charged for CDW coverage which was optional but i was not informed about it and yet charged. This location want to take as much money as they can from customers
