Everything about my U-Haul experience was unsatisfactory. When I arrived, it took an additional 20 minutes for my visual check-in to verify my ID. With no explanation of what was going on, the truck itself was okay, but when I came to put it back, the owner had put cones up in the parking lot. I had to half-pull in and move the cones to park the vehicle, I'm never using U-Haul again. The app was also really bad.
Andrew MStraightforward drop-off with no issues. The lady who helped me was friendly and efficient — had everything set up and ready to go, no unnecessary steps. Also picked up a replacement trailer here after a bad experience at another location, and the equipment was clean and fully functional. Good experience overall.
Malcolm DI was charged for a dolly but did not receive one. Their door said open but it was locked no answered when I knocked nor when I called.
Samantha WCharge for 8 gallons of gas for 11miles. So 1.375 mpg? I only used around 1 gallon of gas.
