When I pulled up, the location looked nice, so I expected a smooth pickup experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I went to pick up my equipment, there was no one available to help. Eventually, I found someone, but he didn’t speak English and had to call another employee. He handed me the phone so I could speak with the person in charge. The person on the phone was extremely rude, short with me, and hung up before I could finish asking my questions. On top of that, my reservation included an appliance dolly, but there wasn’t one available. We had to call him back, and his response was, “I don’t have that, so I don’t know what to tell you. Don’t be upset, OK.” I explained that I just didn’t want to be charged for the dolly since it wasn’t provided, and he replied, “Yeah, yeah.” Then he hung up the phone. Despite that conversation, I was still charged for the appliance dolly. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and I was billed for equipment I never received. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

My original agreed location was changed. And I’m paying for mileage. Then there was no dolly with the truck. No one was at the location when I arrived with no notice of how to locate the truck in behind the building. Not professional at all. Then of course no one at location when returning truck. No explaination how to return the truck
Michael DReserved a trailer at one location only to find out when I got there to pick up the trailer that they changed the pickup location without notifying me. Said I would receive a discount for my inconvenience but I paid full price price for the rental. I also asked about returning the rental to a closer location at my destination and the lady I spoke to was not helpful at all and said I had to drive back to the original location to drop the trailer off which was an hour and half a way.
