Not only was the equipment dirty and not even emptied of discarded moving materials, but the fuel level was so low at the beginning of my trip that the odometer was not visible (only the DTE warning). On top of that, despite declining the “safe move” coverage (my credit card has built-in insurance), I was charged the $15 for that coverage. Very dissatisfied!

I did not add SafeTrip, a utility dolly, or furniture pads when I rented the U-Haul. In addition, there were no furniture pads in the truck. Therefore, it would not have been possible for me to use these items. I believe these charges should be removed. Thanks!
Weichen DThe location is a "pick up the key from a lockbox" type of location, where you have to call to get the checkin process completed. Bill (the contact/staff for the location) was very kind and came to the location to get the moving blankets that were part of my order. Conclusion: helpful staff, not the best area of the city so come with a friend or two.

Theodore RThe truck leaked water all over our stuff. The location was confusing with vague directions for a first time user. We couldn't get the website to send us a code for the lock box. Eventually we found a phone number for assistance, took 45 min. And ..it would only allow us to drop off the truck at a location 6 hours away! We had to call for assistance overriding that prompt as well!
