Location was good, no issues. Phone communication during booking was below average, ended up with 2 day rental but only wanted one. Wasn't given the option to decline the $20 insurance or $5 safe trip fee. Tried to book online, wouldn't work. Way too many emails regarding booking. At least 10, thats ridiculous. Overall good local rep, trailer was too big but I had no other options due to inventory. The rest of the experience was one annoying honestly.

lester fRockdale location has a great selection of trailers and are very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. The equipment was in new condition and easy to access which made the rental pickup and drop off a great experience. Highly recommended.
Kevin AIt was a self-serve pick up location near storage units. We had actually asked to pick up in Antigonish but had to drive over an hour to get the truck here, so that was inconvenient. However, Jamie (who we dealt with) was easy to contact, quick to respond, and left truck available for us to get the day of when we needed it.
ANNA SWe booked our trailer months in advance, only to get a phone call the day before pick up to say we had to go to another location to pick up! The location was 1 hour and 15 minutes away. This was total unacceptable. Thank goodness we had travelled to Antigonish a day early or we would have been screwed.
