Kevin KI made a reservation for a 6 x 12 when I went to pick up the trailer was double booked. I had to take a smaller trailer which ended up taking us more time to move and had to extend the rental costing more money.

JORGE HHorrible Customer Service the associate named cat had absolutely no clue what she was doing and every question I asked her her response was I don’t know if you work this type of job shouldn’t you know the answers to the questions customers could potentially ask you and remind you, they were not difficult questions horrible experience
