Do not ever use the company we used through the uhaul app to help move. They were completely useless. Neither of the 2 gentlemen had even a basic understanding of the english lannguage. The amount of damage the caused in the condo we were moving out of was considerable. Almost all of my furniture was damaged in some way or another. I rented blankets from u haul and they hid them in the truck along with the tie downs i purchased so everything shifted in the truck during the 6 hour drive to a different province. Total waste of money for these people and may go with a different moving company next time. The uhaul personnel at the pickup and drop off were both awesome.
