Very friendly and patient staff. While it was a little inconvenient to travel all the way to Rosthern to get a truck, UHaul made up for it by giving us some free mileage and allowing us to return the truck locally.

William RThe location I would like to pick up is at Rosetown, SK. But one day before the moving day, I was informed that there was no truck there and ask me to go to Rosthern. I have to pay for extra money and time to drive there. When we pick up the truck, the gas is not full and the truck is not clean. When we drop off the truck, there is no refund for the gas more than the pick up line. Terrible experience!!!
