There was a big problem at the end with the millage and gasoline at the end. I had taken pictures so I could prove what I was saying. Big j’assume nd not good! Régine is coming…..

My reservation for a 5 x 9 trailer was for 1:30 pm. When I arrived at the lot where the trailers and trucks are stored there was no nearby office. Aft3er a phoned all I learned that the "office" is the counter at a small retail store that is two lots away, and not well marked as a UHaul location. Inside the store, there was a long wait while the person at the counter went line-by-line through the computer form that I had filled out previously, asking laboriously if each individual line was correct. Then she informed me that assistance in hooking up the trailer would not be available until an hour after I nad reserved it; I had no notification of this problem. U-Haul itself also gets poor marks here because I had originaly reserved a trailer in Big Bear City, and had to drive an additional 45 minutes each way to get the trailer here rather than in Big Bear.
