I brought the truck back with more gas than was in the truck when I checked it out and they charged me $11 for 2 gallons of gas. The email with the receipt took too long so I left without seeing receipt. The place I rented at didn’t answer their phone so I had to drive back to try and get refund. They said they couldn’t and gave me a phone number of a manager. He has not returned a voicemail or email.

In the University location, the employees are so mind, agresives and don't respect the reservations, they want rent the equipment, when they want, how they want and for the time that they want, I'll never back to this location. Totally different in the Grand and Smith location, in this gas station the personnel are very friendly and helpfully, they help me quickly, easy and with the requirements that I needed, I recommend this location 100%
Jose MThe guy at the gas station with so incredibly rude and disrespectful he didn't gas of the vehicle and the vehicle was pulling maintained and it was broken. Then you try to charge me extra money for a mile that didn't use and all this other stuff I'm so pissed right now
