When I arrived, I was told there wasn't a reservation. I pulled up my reservation number and showed the person behind the counter and he then acknowledged the reservation. I felt like I was on my own from the moment I arrived. No clear directions of where to go or if I was in the right place. Person working at gas station put gas station customers first and I had to keep waiting as he assisted people arriving instead of me. I had to complete all the "paperwork" on his ipad myself. No assistance given with hooking up trailer even when requested. Hard intersection to leave from. Busy business where the U-haul seems to take a backseat for customer service. Hurt myself pulling out trailer and hooking it up to my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this location or U-haul based on this experience.

Drop off could not have been any easier or more convenient. It’s at a well priced gas station so we filled up the truck and dropped it off in one stop.

Benjamin FThere was a problem with checking in as the system would not send and email or text. I spoke with the district manager who was extremely rude. I was shocked by his behavior. I am not sure I will use uhaul ever again. Moving is difficult enough without the company you are using for moving equipment treating you poorly. 0 stars. Location seemed very discombobulated.
GRANT DI brought the truck back with more gas than was in the truck when I checked it out and they charged me $11 for 2 gallons of gas. The email with the receipt took too long so I left without seeing receipt. The place I rented at didn’t answer their phone so I had to drive back to try and get refund. They said they couldn’t and gave me a phone number of a manager. He has not returned a voicemail or email.
